I need a V-perm. Badly. Can someone tell me one that has no cube rotations in it? (Hopefully easy to memo_)
I use: R' U R' d' R' F' R2 U' R' U R' F R F
The first four moves or so are a bit slow (but I also don't have the best fingertricks/tps), but after that it can be done pretty fast. And I memoed it pretty easily (by my standards anyway).

EDIT: Triple ninja'd. Oh well.

how hard is it to solve a square 1 using the beginner's method? compared to a 3x3 or 4x4 or something of that kind. and the algorithms, are there a lot for beginners and are they long?

It is pretty easy to do with beginner method. I don't really know how to compare it, it's completely different.
There is one cubeshape algorithm, then corner orientation is intuitive, 2 algorithms for edge orientate that are pretty short, 1 algorithm for corner permutation, then one ridiculously long and hard to memo parity algorithm.

how do you track your lightake order?

1. Go to their website
2. Press My Account
3. Go to the order list, if your order was shipped and it was $15 or more there should be a Tracking Number.
4. Copy that tracking number
5. Go back to the front page of lightake
6. Press order tracking
7. Paste your tracking number in the 17track box and press search

Right thumb.

I have my pinky on the B U R sticker, my middle and ring finger resting on the UR and URB pieces respectively and my thumb on the DR sticker. Note that this is right after I perform the alg and I am doing the F'. So I do the alg and thats where my fingers lie, so I just slide my thumb 1 piece left and go up. Sorry for bad explanation

I find the hardest part the cube shape, so instead of learning one way to do it. I learned the most advanced way to do the cube part. It took a little longer, but now I dont have to solve it into one shape, then apply an algorithm. I use method 2 from this site. Its really complicated to figure out at first, but once you understand it, it makes sense. I made a chart if you need it. And I can do a video as well. If it is needed.

then I roux the bottom corners and two side edges,
then permute top corners (2 algs),
Orient edges, 3 algs
Permute edges . 2 algs - to switch the bottom edges if needed, as well as some top edges, 5 for full, but thrawsts method is simpler.
Parity. 2 - opposite and adjacent.

btw, I cant solve it from mewmory, I never practice, Im waiting to get full OLL memo'd first. but I worked out the method and all the algs into one printable sheet. But since then, I learned to roux the bottom so half the algs on the sheet are no longer needed. You can find all the algs on the site I linked to, or you could PM me and I could email you my sheet.

How is the Retooled Rubiks 4x4 different from the original one?

Here are some pics of the new one, and the old one

What's the biggest cube you can buy? I see 11x11's on youtube but all the links to buy one are dead.

Link to buy cyclone lube for xcube? D39 is okay, but I want this to be great. Also, do you guys recommending sanding down the xcube pieces a bit?
I think x cubes are clocked out as much as possible, so sanding is unnecessary.

They are all KO's so they are extremely rare to find. All I know is they used to be on ebay, but aren't anymore, and they were like $200, made by Yuxin, I think.

Kind of off topic question, But has anyone seen all of the episodes of the Battlestar Galactica(new version)
Im in the middle of season 3, and I remember that at the end of the first episode of season 2, some cylons crashed on board Galactica, and was wondering if anyone knows what happened to them?

Considering you and your brother are 2 of the like ~5 people I know of that have one, I don't think anyone could answer that question.

Link - btw, its cyclo, not sure if you had a typo or not, but maybe thats why you couldn't find it. lol.
