if the yellow-orange and yellow-red edges are yellow-face up as you indicate, then that is not a dot case.
those two edges form a bar on top with the yellow center... and you shoukd do the appropriate CMLL alg for that bar case.
then LSE should work out normally... it's important to do the steps of the Roux method in the correct order or it can mess things up that have already been solved (too early)

if those two edges are not yellow-face up, then you need to do the arrow to orient edges and proceed from there

or if the yellow center is not on top, then you need to put the yellow center on top and proceed from there
