I *think* porcelain white is the same as ABS primary colour, however I am not 100% certain on this however I think it's that.

It doesn't matter if you "wait a while", it's still on the same page, and people are going to see it just as much as they saw your useless bump.

There is no one answer to that. Everyone starts at a different speed. I think Feliks started at 2 minutes, however I got sub 1 minute in one day, but I'm nowhere as fast as Feliks now.

How fast you are now doesn't tell much about how fast you will be in the future.

Try to get sub 10 with Cross+F2L
For the LL part you can use qqtimer. (3x3x3 Subsets and "last slot + last layer")
but like i said try to get faster at Cross+F2L =)

It's the first one. The GH2 has distinctive bumpy bits on the inner edge surfaces.
