i saw this from RyanReese's example solve thread post a minute ago.. what is OLLCP? Corner permutation? Where are the algs, if there are algs for these OLLcp?

I m a noober cuber. i learned cubing from youtube vids in past 2-3 weeks. Yesterday my first proper(decent quality) cube(lubix guhong) arrived. my best single is 48.12 and best average of 5 is 57.52 . In my last 100-200 solves since the cube arrived, i have consistently got averages of 5 between 57 and 64 seconds. I use 3 look LL(4 look for G perms cuz i hate them ). I know there is a lot lot of scope of improvement but i just find myself stuck here. i am struggling for good times . My problems right now are
1. look ahead and pauses
2 a slow cross though i can plan a 8 or less move cross during inspection
3. Finger tricks and TPS.(the biggest problem In my opinion)
Please suggest me some good things(F2l averages around 30 seconds and it will come down with practice and is not an issue) .
Specially the finger tricks with my LL(which generally takes 20 seconds), i am not able to perform them . For example take the T perm, it is an easy thing, i remember it by heart. But my fingers just cant cooperate with each other for even a sub 4 T-perm(i cant perform any of them decently fast)

Do it slowly, and see how your fingers can do it in an efficient manner. Do this for each algorithm. You'll find that some of your fingertricks are quite inefficient...
I'm a bit weird, I use my thumb for the T and J perm lol but that's just what seemed comfortable. But i never use the t perm anyway.

huh? The majority of speedsolvers use their thumb for that F' move.

that's the best alg I've ever seen for that case. I just picked up my unlubed YJ 3x3 cuz my Lunhui is in another room, and after memorizing the alg, sub-2'd it first timed try. Didn't take long to start averaging 1.7x with the alg. I do the last R2 clockwise instead of counterclockwise like his site shows though.

you can use R U2 R' (R' F R F')3 R U2 R' or even better mirrored to the back -

R' U2 R (R B' R' B)3 R' U2 R

I execute it more like R' U2 R l U' R' U R U' R' U R U' R' U l' U2 R

obviously its a lot of turns but it's my fastest trigger thrice.

In 2 look OLL, i have been following FURU'R'F' (the reverse of FRUR'U'F' as pogobat once told me to) for the L on ULB corner, but i cant perform it fast at one go unlike FRUR'U'F' . Any specific finger trick suggestions? Or any other faster alg for that case please? ( i face problem in transition from F to (URU'R') to F') . Any video will also do
