Could someone tell me what CFOP Stands for and whats the diffrence between that and Fridrichs method. and also can i have a link of where can learn it.

My Lubix guhong is locking up like crazy, can it be because it is 3 months old now,has it been overused or something?

Is there anything I can do to solve this problem?

EDIT : Also, the stickers are almost tearing apart now,can that also cause it to lock up?

In what world could stickers cause lockups? Seriously man, think about it, it doesn't even make sense <_<

Yea I thought about it,I think the material of the stickers may have gone inside the cube and started messing up with the Friction, causing it to lock up and turn worse than before.

I guess I'll try lubing and cleaning, hoping that works.

EDIT:Also, How many ZBLLs are you done with? I may learn H cases just for fun,lol

yeah i heard this one is good. (but i am not sure) http://www.lightake.com/detail.do/sku.Challenge_Wheel_Magic_Cube_White-32953

my question: i know how to solve a sq 1. i do make into square shape, orient corners then edges, permute corners then edges, and then parity. Is this a good method? I know only one alg for each step. what should I learn next? Do I need to change my method?
I think that i want to learn how to permute corners on both layers at the same time and how to do diagonal swaps in one alg.

This is probably the most popular method, the world record was set with it (apart from the really fast people do EP + parity as one step I think).

My question: How do I fix this?

python.jpg

Code:
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "C:/Python26/stufffffffffffff/test.py", line 28, in <module>
    screen.blit(mouse_c(x,y))
TypeError: 'pygame.Surface' object is not callable

And then the black window just crashes and nothing happens.

Right now only about 6, as I stopped to learn OH COLL, next I will learn the ZZLL subset, then rest of 2gll, etc

My question is how many cases would there be for one look last layer with all the edges permuted?

All the edges permuted? Mmm I guess that would just be Coll x 4 ( one for each rotation of the edges) what's that 120?

EDIT: Hahaha I suck at multiplying 40 * 4 :P even more when I realised it should have been 42*4.

there are 42 COLL cases (you can't forget the ones with corners already oriented)

Since edges are permuted, you can't AUF to make it into a different case, so each COLL will have 4 rotations. 42 * 4 = 168 so far. Then for each of those 168 cases, there are 8 possible cases for edge orientation: all, none, UR/UL, UF/UB, UF/UR, UR/UB, UB/UL, UL/UF. So 168 * 8 = 1344 cases. Have fun
