What are "2-gen" algs?

And since we're on the subject.. what's the best way to do M moves? I grip the left and right slices and push the M slice with my right middle finger, but it often feels awkward, doesn't turn as smoothly as I'd liked, and sometimes my hands slip from holding so little. Sometimes I do r R' because it works better, but I'm sure two moves like that must be much slower than one. For M' (which thankfully is rarely necessary now), I pretty much do r' R.

I put it on the table and make the right side forced on the table... and turn the m slice with my ring finger. like...

Quote from wiki "Edges of Last Layer, or normally ELL, is a method that solves the last layer edges of the 3x3x3 in one algorithm as the last step in the solution, normally after performing CLL to solve the last layer corners."

Therefore COLL-ELL is a 2LLL method. Unless I am missing something.
COLL-ELL is a 2-look LL method, just an inefficient one. I have no idea why you quoted my post. I was just against you correcting someone who was right, and giving them a wrong answer. CLL/ELL is a 2LLL method, and is more efficient than COLL/ELL.

I just started a couple months ago and am still using 2 look OLL and PLL. I'm starting to try an occasional one-handed solve as well and was wondering if there is any easy way to do M moves OH or do most people just learn different algorithms for H and Z perms?

Do it like I do:

I've started using my Guhong some more and there is something about it that is really bugging me. On the corners, where parts of the corners connect, there are gaps, as if they are not fully connected. The problem is, I cannot get those gaps to go away, regardless of how I assemble the corners. This is not only annoying but it also hurts my fingers. I only have two corners that don't have this issue. Is there anyway to get rid of this problem?

Anyone?

Thanks, exactly what I was looking for. The 2-gen algorithms posted previously were also nice as well..will have to practice both and figure out which is easier

Heh, awesome! I was actually wasn't being too serious. Note that you will have to re grip in a OH solve to execute this. When doing this Z perm, it is hard to do Us. Also, I'm still trying to figure out a better way to do M2 than M' M'.

Hey!
I'm trying to get F2's for my store, I'm not exactly sure how to identify them though, having never seen one or owned one.

On the company's picture the Shengen logo is plainly visible, is there any other way that I can be sure I'm getting the right thing?

Haha, while I'm here I might as well ask, what company produces the A5? I'd like to get them in my store too.

Question #3 What other popular cubes would be a good idea to stock?

A5 is made by Guojia - aka Type A

Other good cubes to stock would be the Dayan Guhong, Dayan Lingyun, Type A5, Type A5f, Ghost hand I/II, X-cube 4, V-cubes, Lan Lan 2x2.
