Practice doing CrossBLD so you can do it every time without looking at the pieces. Then, once you are solving cross sighted in a speedsolve, don't look at the crosspieces, but track a corner or an edge so the first pair would be easier
Is the dayan zhanchi 2x2 best 2x2 cube?
Are there any 3x3 cubes that are better than dayan ones?
Are 4x4 and 5x5 shengshou cubes best, or are there better?

Your best bet is either a woodburner, or a dremel/rotary tool. if you have stencils or can make them, I would use stencils and a marker to mark the spot before burning, carving.
Soft woods that can be widdled would not be good for a cube. If that is what you are doing.
I have a YJ 6x6 and the U/D middle slice misaligns. I assume because only one center piece has the preattached wings. Is there a fix for this. I have search for a while and haven't been able to find anything
Im looking for SS7x7 mini stickers.. Basically stickers for all SS cubes from 4 to 7..
Any store I could find them to make a single order on all of those?

I'm not quite sure I understand your problem, but I'd say try to clear what you have (if you don't have any impt stats saved or anything and download a fresh copy.
Let's just say we super impose a single face of the rubik's cube on a Unit Circle with the Center Perfectly lined up at the origin and the center of the 4 edge pieces perfectly lined up at (1,0),(-1,0),(0,1),(0,-1).
Like so:
(Not drawn to scale, just approximations.
I believe that this orientation would put the center of the corner pieces on the points (1,1),(-1,1),(-1,-1),(1,-1).
This is an assumption based of observation, but I am quite sure it is correct.
Now let's say we turn the cube face 45 degrees clockwise
Heres what I know:
The center does not change position
The Edge piece that was at co-ordinates (0,1) moves to (sqrt(2)/2,sqrt(2)/2), and likewise for all the other Edges except positive or negative in x and/or y.
I do not however know what happens to the position of the corner, and I have been trying to figure out. If anyone knows the exact co-ordinates that it would move to (from (1,1)) could you please tell me?
I am using this information to program a simulator. Nothing serious, just recreational. However I can't get the corners to follow the edges properly with what little understanding of trigonometry I have.

because the length of the line from (0,0) to (1,1) is sqrt(2) and the centre piece is at (0,0), the length of the line from (x,y) to (0,0) must also be sqrt(2), and since its a 45 degree turn, x=0 or y=0 so the other one must be sqrt(2) or -sqrt(2)
