What do you guys reckon is the best algorithm for solving headlights?

I've been using l L U R' D2 R U' R' D2 L', because the algorithm that badmephisto gave for 2 look OLL headlights I couldn't even begin to remember, and that one was so different to anything I've done before it just stuck. But then I also learned about R' F2 R U2 R U2 R' F2 R U2 R', and I don't know which one is better, or if there's any better ones out there.

i wanna know what is finger tricks ?

Fingertricks has two kinda uses 1) it means the general way people turn sides with their fingers, as opposed to gripping them and turning them with your wrists ('wristing').
2) a specific unusual way of turning a side, sometimes unique to a particular algorithm.

This is a video of doing general finger tricks, basically showing good ways to turn the cube.
This, or any other video by Teller, will show you lots of weird unique finger tricks for individual algs.

also i wonder if cubing affects fingers ? i mean they're gettin kidna longer on anything like that ?
It doesn't affect fingers, there is a small risk of RSI if you are over doing it and don't have a good cube, but you should generally be fine... just take a break if anything were to start to hurt.

I have never found an alg I like for this,And I am always looking for a new one, so I do Sune, anti-Sune. It's probably not the fatest, but its comfortable.

I use R2' D' R U2 R' D R U2 R and R2 D R' U2 R D' R' U2 R' most often, and their mirrors, when I spot an easy COLL.

I want to insert torpedos in my Dayan Zhanchi but those parts of cube are very tightly held and I cannot dissemble. Will someone tell me how should I insert it. Any video?

Well if you have something long and thin with tapering thickness (like a blunt knife) you could insert it into the hole where the torpedos go and that would pry apart the end.

If it won't come apart without the torpedoes, why do you want them? It seems unnecessary. I would instead implement this strategy:

If your cube doesn't pop, you don't need the torpedoes so don't worry.
If your cube pops, then it will disassemble and you can install the torpedoes.

:)

I am learning F2L algorithms from Andy Klise Printable sheets and now I saw wiki's page of F2L. Now I'm not able to decide should I continue with the previous or should switch to the latter. The first algorithm of a f2l case is quite awkward.I just cannot create my own logic connecting to intuitive f2l on those algorithms. Also, they are not suiting my fingertricks. Please some suggestions required here?

I believe he means that the edge pieces won't break apart into their respective halves.
to the OP...They do break apart....just pull in opposite directions...

Try different algorithms and see which ones you like best. I do intuitive F2L so I can't really help you but for other algorithms I went to a ton of pages and tried every single algorithm until I found one that didn't feel awkward.
Basically try different algorithms from many different sources (or go to the algorithm database) until you find one that suits you.
