I have no problem solving F2L pairs
but I have a problem because my eyes want to look at the pair I am doing
I can look ahead while doing a pair maybe 25-33% of thr time
but I just have a hard time looking for other F2L pieces while solving another pair sometimes
i've tried slow solves and the metronome and those help a little
Does anyone have advice they could give?

Blindfold pairs: this is where you identify the case, then close it with your eyes closed.
Over time it gets easier to move your attention elsewhere. You need to be disciplined to focus on the pieces you aren't solving.
It's a long process. Gaining lookahead is basically equivalent to getting fast. It takes a while but it will come with practice and experience.

But different people will need very different periods of practice to achieve the same results. I have been cubing for about a year and I'm still in the 20-25sec range with poor lookahead most of the time (as in your case I can do lookahead like 25-33% of the time) and other people in this forum that started more or less at the same time are already in the 13-16sec range with, I assume, much better lookahead. And I practice a lot (around 500 solves a week). I assume that innate skill but also age plays a role here, as I'm not a very skillful person and I'm also in my mid-40s. The only advice I can give you is keep trying and force you to lookahead. Also a problem I have when I force myself to lookahead is that sometimes I insert pairs in the wrong slot or pair them with the edge flipped (and last but not least, sometimes, specially with poor lighting, I pair blue corner with green edge or vice-versa, but this I minimized with a customized sticker set I got for my Chilong at TheCubicle).
This is the only non-video 3x3 tutorial I know (there's also a slightly more detailed version). It teaches the sexy method, which is really easy, because you only need to know the sexy move.

I dismantled my MoYu AoSu so that I could lube it. And like a total idiot, I removed the center pieces (the pieces on the core) and now when I assemble it, my cube doesn't turn. After sometime, I figured out that the center pieces (the ones that you solve) were getting caught on the stub on the inner center piece. Please tell me how to fix this problem.

I suppose the pin orientation is wrong
What i did was
Loosened the tension of that particular side and turned that piece untill i hear a snap ( snap meaning fixed, not broken )
