it is the standard color scheme adopted everywhere, red orange green blue white yellow. "rubik's patented color scheme"

If you're talking about the actual colors of the stickers, I think it's all standard colors except green which is some kind of light green (just from looking at my stickerless zhanchi).

A stickerless zhanchi doesn't have stickers

I agree with you about the colors though. Yellow also seems a bit different

It's Yau5 applied to a 6x6, the method is not different in any way. Just like we don't call Reduction on 6x6 "redux6" and "redux7" on 7x7. It's just Yau5 on 6x6

If you can solve a 5x5 you can solve a 6x6, just do the exact same thing
