What is the difference between the SS 4x4 v4 and v5?

The site I order from only has the v4.

And has anyone ordered from cubicle? I requested paypal as payment from them and got an email request from "paypal" for payment but when I went to my account there was no invoice and when I called them they said that an invoice has not been made.

The request email had a link to paypal mobile to send payment but that was it. I found it suspicious that paypal customer support said there was not a request on my account, yet I got an email. When I hit reply to email, it didn't have paypal as the sender either.

Don't worry about it, Cubicle is one of the best shops out there, with great customer service, so don't worry about getting ripped off.

The only difference from the V4 and the V5 4x4 is tat the V5 has a bump on the bottom of the centers. Also the Cubicle has very fast shipping.

I think amazon does.

Unfortunately, I checked amazon.com, and they do not have Crazy Foot 3x3's either. They sell some YJ puzzles, but not the Crazy Foot. Does anyone know where to buy the YJ Crazy Foot 3x3 right now? Please include a link to the website that is selling it.

bump. I an not looking for other (even better) megaminx guides I'm looking to understand the last two algs on this guide orienting two corners at once. Using his notation from the rest of the guide I can't get anything that makes sense.
The first one worked for me, and I'm guessing that the other one works too. Here's how I did the first one.

Look for a recent thread by RanzhaVEmodrach - he was looking for one and I think there were two links in there to places that had them.

The website is greatstuffbuy.com

I do not want to buy from there unless I have positive feedback from those in the community who bought there. I tried looking for said feedback by searching on Google, but found no luck.

Thank you!

I have never seen or heard of more confusing notation in my entire history of cubing. It is awful. I felt like I was reading a geography book. and the explanation of the notation page was horrible.

R BR BL' BR' R' BR BL BR' does the exact same thing as the mefferts page says but is wayyyyyy easier)

I would suggest learning a different method. One that doesn't use pole and cap as a way to explain faces, or just solve F2L over and over until LL

It appears to be a manual from 1982. The author was inventing the notation to explain it to a lay audience.

I just got my megaminx on father's day. Modded it about two days later. I did layer by layer the first two solves. Then I jumped into F2L and was using Odder's last layer guide as a cheat sheet but that might be a little too much to start with. I found MM&∏'s video and dang that was easy for the last layer and the algs were 2gen and short. It permutes the corners before orienting and I hadn't seen that and it really worked for me. Sadly MM∏'s vid has a one corner at a time orienting that would be very long in some cases. A guy named Blue Knight had a different beginners guide where he oriented the corners one at a time in the other direction. It was complimentary to MM&∏'s thing. I could mix and match these orienting commutators for whatever way any corner was twisted and the cube would be solved at the end. That was awesome to know. I had heard the meffert's guide was good for this orient two corners alg and it doesn't appear that was the case. I still thank Zeotor for satisfying my curiosity.

Orienting One corner at a time:
MM&∏--- (R' D' R D)2
BK------- (D' R' D R)2

D=Dfr for both these
