So, I was going to place an order at thecubicle.us and was going to buy one of the assorted regular silicone lubes they have but I got really confused on which weight to buy and I can buy only one. I am going to lube my 2x2,3x3 and 4x4 with it(core and pieces both). Can somebody pls give me suggestions on which one to buy.

I suppose the moderate will do fine. It matters which cubes you are using though. Big cubes need a lighter luber, cores need a heavy lube.

I've seen in reviews that the V-Cube 4's center pieces sometimes catch and snap in place. Can this be solved by removing the lip on the center piece? (See this video for more information.) Or, would doing this make the cube not work properly?

Thank you.

1. - Can just the outer layers on a DaYan+mf8 4x4x4 be tightened?

Do not try to remove that groove, it is very important for keeping the inner mechanism aligned.

Since I don't seem to be able to find a current race to sub 15 thread can I just start a new one up and run it?
Or do I need to opened my eyes a little wider when searching?

Anyone have the new WitEden 4x4 or Dayan + MF8 version VI?
I'm sick of buying terrible 4x4s, these have been out for a while and I haven't heard anything about them.
