2. I was turning my 2x2x2 LanLan a bit fast and like "popped" one of the pieces? It didn't come out, but all the pieces look misaligned now and it doesn't really turn properly. Do I need to take it apart or is there a way to just snap the pieces back in? (how do I take it apart?)

Pull the corner cubie pieces apart enough so that you can see into the cube (not far enough apart that they pop out). You will find these flat panels in front of you. However, in one or two spots the panel will be popped out. Just push it back in, and your cube will turn smoothly once again.

If this keeps happening, try tightening the cube up a little bit, because that will make it harder for the cube to pop. (this is the lanlan 2x2's version of popping)

Does anyone know fast G perms, preferably whitout u and d (double layers), cause I fail with the G perms I know have and they are to hard for me, I do it and the de de f layer turns.

TellerWest's rotationless G-perms. G(a) and G(c) are not shown in the video.

G(b): R' U' R (U D') R2 U R' U R U' R U' R2 (U' D)
G(d): R U R' (U' D) R2 U' R U' R' U R' U R2 (U D')
G(a): (U D') R2 U R' U R' U' R U' R2 (U' D) R' U R
G(c): (U' D) R2 U' R U' R U R' U R2 (D' U) R U' R'

Have fun G-perming! :)

For 3-2-2-2-3 edge pairing on the 4x4, I get this case, in which, when I do the Uw, I'm able to make the first 2 edges by inserting pieces, etc. But then on the third edge, I find that its corresponding piece is on the E layer, and it is with a piece that is about to slice back to make one of the 3 pairs. What do you do in this situation? Sorry if that's hard to understand.

What is the chance of completely skipping reduction on a 7x7? I don't know how this popped into my head but I'm really curious.

I'm most likely wrong, but could it be:

Or the # of 3x3 permutations over the number of 7x7 permutations?

This is probably wrong, but I am curious as well; so anyone else have any idea?

This would be correct. There are 43 quintillion combinations of the 3x3 stage on the 7x7, so put that over the positions of the 7x7 and you get your number.

The wiki links this as the corners first method for pyraminx. However the description of said method on the wiki and what he's doing don't seem to match up.

Is this in fact the corners first method? Is corners first a good pyraminx method? if this method is something other than the corners first method, a) what is it? b) is it a good method? What method do you recommend for pyraminx?
