COLL- Just like OLL, but permutes the corner as well.
ZBLL- Like CLL but permutes the corners at the same time (good if you happen to have all edges oriented, then it's just 1-look LL)

Not quite.
COLL = Solves corners and preserves edge orientation
ZBLL = COLL + EPLL. In other words, if edges are already oriented it's 1-look last layer.
OLLCP = Orients everything and permutes the corners

CLL/ELL- CLL solves all the corners (orient and permute), and ELL does the same with the edges.

Whoops, my mistake. Looks like I got COLL mixed up with OLLCP as well.

What is the fastest method for the last layer? ZBLL? COLL? OLLCP? ELL/CLL? OLL&PLL?
That's sort of like asking what the best 3x3 method is. OLL/PLL are the most commonly used, the most documented, and a lot of people use it, so by some people's definition, it could be the "best" method. However, that's not to say the other ones are worthless (except for ZBLL, there's just too many algs and recognition would be really hard), I imagine all of them could be just as fast if you practised. It's all just a matter of how much you practice the method.

As asportking said, there's no best method... However it's useful to know many different LL methods.
Like if you had a 4-flip Pi no swap you'd know to do the OLLCP rUr'U2... Etc. knowing you'd get an EPLL at the end. Or if you even knew Anti-ZBLL you'd know which one to use.

Anyone have a video, or even just some pics, of the WitEden 3x3x9b (http://51morefun.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=185&products_id=501) scrambled/being used? This puzzle looks like a ton of fun, and the split centers on the 3x3 sides look like they'd add an awesome new layer to this puzzle. It definitely just got added to my Christmas list.

The last one is actually a tutorial, but you should still get a good idea of how it moves from that.

This is a really stupid question, but I don't wanna somehow mess anything up and also can't find a 'create page' button... How do you create a wiki article?

If you for example want to create a page about horses, just search "horse" and if the page does not exist you can see "create the page" down to left!
