I use CFOP and average about 21 seconds (20.83 Average of 100 yesterday.)

I did an average of 12 for each step of CFOP and here are the results.

Cross : 2.03
F2L : 9.54
OLL : 4.67
PLL : 4.21

What do you think I should practice most? I know 47/57 OLLs and full PLL, but my recognition and TPS sucks. I also need better algs for some cases. OLL can take anywhere from 2 seconds to 6 seconds depending on the case, and PLL can be 3 seconds to 6. -_- Also, I mostly use white cross, but when it's really bad I go to yellow. (I've somehow had TWO 15.xy times with orange cross :O)

I would say your last layer. Aim for sub 6 PLL. With that, you could be down to sub 18 ish. Your cross is really good. F2L isnt bad at all. Just do your best to not let is past 10secs.

With a cloth. =)

It happened to me once, but I was too lazy to clean it up. So I just washed my hands before cubing and since the silicone adheres to the skin, after 2 or 3 cubing sessions it was gone from the stickers.

Is there any F2L method where you insert 2 pieces (1 piece meaning the edge and the corner together) at the same time? (essentially making it so you only have to put pieces in twice, instead of four times?)

Yeah, that's MultiSlotting, unfortunately there are so many cases only some people know how to do a few of the easier ones. The top guys tend to just look ahead and hopefully influence any bad pairs to make the next case easier.

can one of you awesome forum members give me a tip or two on blockbuilding for roux?

Watch example solves/blocks. Seriously. Helped me like crazy when I started out. I used Waffle's.

Last layer for sure. 9 seconds purely for last layer isn't very good, especially with 2LLL. Next, probably F2L. But LL firstly, IMO.

He meant is there any way you can make the edge-corner pair go in at the same time which is CFOP F2L exactly.

No, he specified treating the corner edge pair as one piece and inserting two pieces at once. He wants to insert two pairs at once, so that there are only two true insertions.
Although this is certainly possible, you would probably spend more time searching for pieces than you would save in moves.
