Grab a LanLan 2x2, it's surprizingly fun. Or you could try something a little different like Square-1, pyraminx, megaminx, or Skewb (check the 'what cube should I buy' thread for makes).

Chance of OP = 1/2
Chance of PP = 1/2
therefore chance of no parity = (1/2)*(1/2) = 1/4
Chance of PLL skip = 1/72

Chance of no parity times Pll skip = (1/4)*(1/72) or 1/(4*72)

Chance of getting it twice in a row = 1/(4*72)*2 which = 1/(4*72)^2

aka 1/82994

Yes, it's totally doable, and some people actually do it in speedsolves, although I find it much harder to quickly recognize 4c while doing this, but it's definitely doable.

It's the triple SM on the blue/red pair, but they have to go in the slot to the right.
I get this case tons, and do a 100 moves to solve it.

Wait, why 1/72 chance of getting a PLL skip?

There are 72 unique ways to arrange the LL after F2L+OLL, aka 72 unique PLLs (including AUF.)

You can test this by adding up all PLLs (1 for each possible AUF)

Some PLLs have symmetry and therefore don't have 4 unique AUFs, such as H perm which has full rotational symmetry, meaning there is only 1 way to get it - 1/72

Same goes for a PLL skip, it looks the same no matter how you AUF it (unlike G perms and most other PLLs which the blocks and headlights move into unique shapes with each AUF)

I learned full PLL around where you are. Just whenever you feel like it, or feel you can't possibly get any faster with 4LL (which would be around 15 seconds probably ;P)

That is a cool alg, but it's for when the edge and corner are paired correctly,in the one I posted the edge is flipped.

No it's not Godmil that alg works for that case, the F moves in sledgehammer flip the edge.

For all you pen spinners, what's a good pen to use? I know I'll get some personal preference thing just like in cubing but there have to be some that are clearly better than others. Btw I'm not looking for a mod that I have to do just a pen I can buy. Something like what can be found on penwish

You need 2 Zebra Telescopic pens (they come in a set of 2 pens per pack)
and a grip to connect them (you can use papermate mechanical pencil grips instead of a dong-a commsaa).
Search up a tutorial on youtube on how to make one.
