Edges, dedges, tredges, quedges (quadges?), quidges, sedges. That's how I would do them, 7 and up gets really weird though.

My MF8 Square-1 is really loose. It's so loose that I can make a full 360 degree turn of the U layer fairly easily. If I tighten the screw, the slice moves are much tighter, but the U and D faces stay pretty much the same.

Does anyone know of a way to slow this puzzle down?

Just solve alot, Im assuming ur using one from toys r us If so, if you practice for about 2 days consistently, the strings will loosen up, but not too much.
