50,000 wt shock oil.

Use the lubix for now but when you run out buy some shock oil with a very high wt.

1. it worked on my haiyans memory, but the silicone will cause cube dust to slowly build up.(even lubix does this) I wouldn't risk it, but if you want to try, let it dry completely and clean the hardware whenever you do maintenance.
2. Makes cubes much faster. I'd reccomennd either lubix or very high weight shock oil, but as i said before, the hardware will begin to grind into plastic.

how many people are there at cubing competitions usually? i might go to the one in maryland on june 18 and im definitly going to the one on sep. 10 in conneticut

Usually there can be anywhere from 30-100 people at competitions, excluding national and world competitions. You might want to try checking the registration list of the competition to get a good idea of how many will be there.

it varies heavily from location to location, comps near major cities with lots of good cubers can get 50+ entrants, but smaller ones can be 20 or less.

ok thanks!!!!!! and, for the one in maryland in 2 weeks, im doing frindrich method you se and im sub 1 min. and im trying to memorize as many algs as i can. wich ones should i do (oll and pll ones). BTW i have pretty nice memorization

just learn 4 look if you don't know it already. If you learn more it will hurt your times in the competition.
