I know it's taking ages for post to get out of China but has anyone from Europe recently ordered from LighTake?
I've been waiting for 2 packages for over a month now.
I'm not complaining since it's free postage, just wondering if they're likely to be with me by xmas.
Otherwise I'm going to have to buy new presents for some people.

You could explain the situation to them instead of buying new presents

Clean, lube, re-tension, break in

is this a good way of cleaning?
I completely disassemble, take a paper towel (semi wet) and wipe down the stem of the core , careful not to touch any springs or anything, then i get a sink of water, put all the peices in (its soap water), and wash each peice, rinse with water to get the soap out, dry the peices, spray the plastic of the peices, assemble

i would suggest disassembling the core and cleaning the screw-spring, then put some lube on the springs right before reassembling the core. I think your method for cleaning is overkill though. I just occasionally completely disassemble and clean with a wet paper towel and pipe cleaners. My a3f got better than the day I got it after I did the first full cleaning and lubing inside the core. Need to do it to my guhong now.

My last order took between 6-8 weeks to arrive (I'd already presumed it had been lost in post). my previous one took less than a month, so I guess it varies wildly.
