I use ZZ. The only rotations after EOLine are z/z', which are much faster than x/y rotations when doing OH. You can also easily use COLL for force an EPLL, which is not only 2-gen (great for OH) but also has a higher chance of a skip.

How do you do the EOLine fluently OH? I spend too much time trying not to drop the cube.

Holding the cube in a way that minimizes awkward moves helps. For example, doing the EOLine a y away from your orientation to minimize weird F and B moves. But really, just practice.
What, practise!? OH? Why would I do something like that?
A more serious question; how often do you rotate during your EOLine? You have to do L/R moves during EOLine too, so doing a y rotation won't help with them.

A good question. I'm pretty sure my EOLine is far less fluid than it could be. Depending on the scramble, I probably end up with only 1-2 rotations (semi-blind guess) because I tend to do single F's and L's without rotating. Wide moves are a good way to combine moves and rotations.

I think I'm going to go watch some of Phil's example solves...

Well I rotate to make pretty much everything LUD except maybe F moves, so I rotate and pause a lot during EOLine. I also use weird colours for my EOLine (orange on U and blue on F; I then do the left F2L, a z rotation and finish with yellow on U), so I have to think much more, even though EO isn't actually that much different to yellow/blue. I think these problems could be fixed by me actually practising... but who has time for that? :p

Maybe just dealing with some of the awkward moves (practice :P) is faster than rotating.
Also, may I ask why you solve things in that order?

Yeah, I should probably practise before Euro.
I don't know, I started doing that very early on. I use ZZ-porky v1, so I need the white/red 2x2x3 solved first in every solve. By doing it in that order, I can ensure that I solve that 2x2x3 and can still do CP and finally finish in the normal orientation. I'm not y-axis neutral for OH (like I am with ZZ 2H) because that would make CP recognition harder than it is already. I know I could do the normal EOLine, a z' rotation, right block and then a z rotation, but then that adds in an extra rotation. I think I must have thought this way would be better to reduce rotations. EO recognition is no different to white/yellow on U/D though; it's just the opposite way round. Another advantage I just thought of while typing this is that by not having white on D, I'm not tempted to create the F2L pair and then insert the cross edge; I sometimes pair the corner with the D layer edge when it's faster. So one bad habit gets rid of another one :p

493, couldn't you have just googled that?

I'm not even sure what I would Google for honestly. The best page I found, that has the answer is here:

http://www.speedsolving.com/forum/showthread.php?40778-Last-Layer-Options

But, I didn't really know which one applied to what I was asking.

I guess what I'm describing is ZBLL? I have seen that, but I didn't know what it meant.

Also, this is the one question answer thread. I'm pretty sure my kind of question is exactly what this thread is intended for.

So, thank you for the answer, but maybe work a bit on your etiquette.
