Is the WitEden Type C 2x2 the same as the WitTwo Type C 2x2, Just a stickered and sitckerless version? And is one better than the other?

And is it recommended to get a Zhanchi, or wait for the next big Dayan 3x3 to come out?

Anyway, I was wondering: The Ghost Hand Master Magic has 6 rings in the starting position. Most other master magics only have 5. But how in the end does the ghost hand end up with 5 different solved rings rather than 6? How does this work out? Because the the way the rings are placed for the starting position on this magic is different than most others. Like certain parts of the rings might be on different tiles as compared to other 5 ring master magics.

That's simply because there are two different pictures on a Magic, one on the front and one on the back. In the starting position, the front one is solved and the back one is scrambled, and conversely in the ending position. So if you change only the front picture, you can put any number of rings you want on it, or even a completely different picture, but you'll still end up with 5 rings in the ending position.

The company that makes the WitTwo Type C is called WitEden, so it's all the same thing, just different combinations of names.
About the next Dayan cube, it's difficult because we don't know when the new one will be out or how good it is, if money is scarce maybe it would be worth waiting (for reviews), but if you don't have a good cube at the moment the ZhanChi is an Excellent cube, and I can't see any new cubes being a huge leap forward over it.

What is the method "free FOP"?

(I am a cuber from China, please forgive my low English level)
Nowadays I have heard a solve method called "free FOP",and I havn't find it from wiki,is there who can tell me the restoration step briefly? Thanks~

Thank you Ickathu and ben1996123 for replies about notation. Good explanations and link. I think I got it now.

I currently average around 23 seconds. On good solves I can push past 20 to about 18. What kinds of goals should I be setting for myself? I saw the suggestions at the top of the page but I think my situation is a bit different. I know 2 Look OLL plus maybe 6 others, and full PLL. I can sometimes look ahead but often have to pause and look for pairs. My cross is around 5 seconds. Should I focus on Look Ahead? Or maybe OLL and Cross... or maybe reducing my F2L moves before looking ahead to make it easier? Thanks.

Cross+F2L should be 40 or less moves (cross <=8). If you're not there, work on cross or knowing f2l algs for special cases. Then look ahead seems weak. Go slowly until no pausing. Try things like metronome, blind practice, etc.

Here is link to CFOP stuff you can read... http://www.speedsolving.com/forum/showthread.php?6085-How-to-Get-Faster-using-the-Fridrich-CFOP-Method

Back when I was a n00b I lubed my zhanchi with CRC. It fused 1 (of 12) torpedos to an edge, but now I want to take the torpedos out to put in a lingyun v1. How can I get this out? If I spray it again with CRC will it melt the plastic enough for me to pull it out?

Also, can dayan torps fit in a lingyun v1 w/out modding?

Please don't make one-question threads.

It really depends on how tight it is among other factors and what you consider break in. My main cube feels totally different after every 10000 solve marathon I do.
I know I have disappointed you with an unspecific answer but this is my experience...

Edit: what ninja storm said.

Just try one of the non-fused torpedos in the lingyun v1 for size.

Ah, wait. I didn't specify that I don't actually have a lingyun v1... yet. I was wanting to buy a orange one from cubedepot, because that's the only non black/white dayan cube that they have (not counting stickerless). I just wanted to know before I ordered it, cause I know they pop like crazy.

Sorry for assuming. What about just getting a lingyun v2?
