Shouldn't affect the cube. Sometimes my zhanchi corners look like this after solves, and it doesn't make the cube any worse.

Does anyone have any problems with the Shengshou 4x4 v3 popping? Mine occurs with centers when I turn it into a 2x2 by doing 2 layer turns each time. Like doing R* U* R'* U'*. Sometimes when i do this a center piece will pop out.

Mine doesn't, I think yours is probably just too loose. Tightening it is probably the only solution. It may also be your turning style.

You might be right. It only happens when i do that and try to cut too much.. Its at the factory tensions that i received it at. Maybe the way i turn it could be the problem.
