F2L Help: Preserving Solved Pairs
So recently I've been practicing lots of 3x3, and I've run into quite a few cases where I'm about to connect and insert a pair, and realize there's already a solved one. If I ditch the current pair I'm solving and insert the other connected pair, it takes up some time, cos I'll have to search for the previous pair I was doing.
Another common case is when the cube is scrambled and I see a solved pair during inspection, but I somehow can't avoid disturbing it when solving the cross.
I've also considered tracking the connected pair while solving, but in the end they break up and turn into really slow F2L cases, so I find its no use tracking them.
Thus, I'm thinking of learning some tricks where I can preserve the connected pair so I can save some time.
