Why does the [R U'] cycle take less moves than the [R U] cycle?

it's the way the cube is held, it's held so that you can do R and U' with your index finger.

On the other hand,
R U x21 is a 5 cycle. 5x21x2 is 210.

No dude that's not what he ment he ment YOU kept asking the same question over and over again it was getting or a little annoying. Ppl kept answering you and you kept asking the same question " so should I be color neutral?" and you kept getting the same answer that It doesn't matter if you are or not it doesn't make you any slower or faster you speed depends on how well you are as a cuber not on what side do you start. But you couldn't seem to get that threw your head so you would go and ask it again. It was just getting annoying like a troll would.

I've played with many QJ's. My opinion is that they're terrible.

YJ is a good cube, though, and I actually prefer it over Shengshou (which I've also used aplenty).
