Because you're using cfop, doing 2 look oll and pll, and probably not quite optimal f2l?
I'd need to see a breakdown of one of your solves to pin point it though... As if you expect someone to fully answer that without a solve breakdown -.-

..well how about learning 2 look last layer instead of 4. Your F2L isn't exactly good but at least you can get 60ish move count solves if you learn 2look last layer. (I didn't go through your example solve, but heres how I would do it)

It's not like you have to have f2l be a certain speed to be sub20. You can have a 15 second f2l if you have a sub5 LL and still be sub20. Or you could have a 9 second f2l then suck and use 4LLL and be sup20.
I think I might be the suck one.

If I learn all of the possible last two edges pairing algorithms for 5x5, will this help me improve a lot or if not learning all of them, which ones should I learn?
Currently, I only know the parity and the simple edge flip with the checkered side on the right. Thanks.

Neither is good by todays standards. Check the 'What cube should I buy' thread for lots of suggestions (such as X-cube, Mf8/Dayan, ShengShou, Ghosthand)
they break in the cube so that the core will slowly stretch and make it looser, or they made the core ajustable and they have it on loose tensions.
