Why do people obsess over getting new cubes so quickly when we already have cubes like the guhong or lunhui?

New cubes might be better then guhong or lunhui.

I think the odjective is to put the cube in the exact same position of a scrambeled cube, hence match the scramble. But I'm only stipulating, I have no idea and il interested to know the answer.

That's correct. You start with two cubes. You apply the scramble to one of the cubes. Then you have 15 seconds inspection, after which you apply moves only to the solved cube, attempting to make it match the scrambled cube.

My brother has one, its okay, nothing particularly good about it imo.

Maru 3x3's are decent, they feel like c4u's, they are overall pretty good but they have poor corner cutting. There technology is a bit outdated and there performance pales in comparison to the newer Dayan cubes. Just my opinion though. I only have a maru 3x3 for collection . If you want you can get it from cubedepot.

I have a MF8 ball-core sq-1, and the slice cut its great, but the up and down layers have a really crappy turning, any suggested mods?
