Don't worry, you're not the only one who thought zeroing was real. HavoCentral did too, among many others too probably.

I thought it was real :fp.

If I need to change a color scheme on a cube, am I supposed to peel them off, then re-stick them onto another side (like non-cubers), with a risk of it losing its stickyness, or do I have to dispose of the stickers, and replace them with brand new stickers?

what do you mean by crunchy? and is it better to get a kit or to get tit assembled??

Sorry but I couldn't help it lol. Now, in all seriousness it's your choice. My first speedcube was assembled but when I put together 10 GuHongs for my friends I loved it. If you don't want to do the leg work then I recommend the assembled version but getting the DIY wont hurt.

Im doing intuitive f2l atm and im kinda slow. Would it benefit my times to learn all the algorithms for the F2l or just practice what i'm doing?

Yea just practice and practice and practice. It all gets easier.
Can oll and pll be intuitive?

Like Edward said It can be done but it's definitely not fast at all. Learn one of the 2-look versions first and then keep your begginers method for the other step. For example, F R U R' U' F' for EO and cycling SUNE for CO and then 2-look PLL. I did the begginers method OLL until I learned full PLL

Set up moves - R' U R U' R U2 R' U [U']
Solve - R U2 R2' U' R2 U' R'

Mirror
Set up moves - R U' R' U F' U2 F U'
Solve - I do the same thing as above for this one just mirrored, but I have regrips in this one
Is there a better algorithm for this specific case, or a way to do that alg faster or no regrip.
I have been trying for a while now to find one.

EDIT: I know you can do no regrips if you do the U's with left index, but that is too awkward for me.

Also, learning Heise atm, for FMC, what is an avg move count for beginer hiese? 40ish?
Am I correct in assuming the the first two squares make a 2x2x2 block like step one of petrus?
and the third square is the 2x2x3 extension from petrus, and the 4th basically makes cross + 3/4 of F2L?

Err, yes. But building 4 blocks is different, do not think of it as 3/4 of F2L otherwise you will probably resort to using fridrich-style building.

I know, I just wanted to make sure I understood what the four squares were supposed to accomplish.

What confused me is that here on the page I read about the squares it says
The interesting feature of this step is that the squares need not match in colour.
then it says
All 4 squares must have one color in common. In the above example, orange is the common color.

First it says they dont need to match, then it says they do.

what it means by that is that, for example, the first block and second block do not have to actually form a solved 2x2x2 block like step 1 of petrus.
