And Forte, Canadian NR needs to be sub-20, GOGOGO

Ya since you failed at it, and got like 20.10

not as bad as sub30 fail at CO >_>

True, I still can't believe I got like a 40.17 average a TOSp, when I averaged like 36.

Don't remind me of it >.> So fail...Hopefully next time I'll get sub-10 fail :p

And you usually average a few seconds slower at comps, I got 2:xy on 4x4 once and I was average around 1:20.

Cheer up!

Now onto my questions.
What super glue is best to glue in the Pins for a V6. By best I mean
-Helped keep the pins there forever
-Strong
-Bonded in seconds

Proxy

You mean epoxy? :p
(I don't know how well epoxy works btw)

Oops. Yeah epoxy.

Epoxy is great . Probably the fastest binder, also strong.
DaijoCube said epoxy doesn't grip well.

Yeah that makes sense, but otherwise it's great.

How can I twist the center piece of the last layer without affecting the other pieces?
(yes, I am solving a picture cube)
I have figured out that I can twist it 180 degrees by doing 2 T-perms. but what about a 45 degree twist?

I'm pretty sure you did something wrong. You can't have one center twisted off by 45 degrees without another center being off by 45 degrees too.

I think you mean 90 degrees?

And this might help you.
:fp yes I meant 90 degrees! but now I know I never need a 90 degrees twist if I have solved the f2l correctly.
I searched the forum But I didn't know that it's name is Shepherd's Cube.
I got my answer. thanks.

What are some examples of young big cube BLDers, or of good teenage ones?

Also, has anyone else done a 7x7 blindfolded besides Mike? I can't wait until I finally finish 4x4 BLD. But man, that thing is just a monster to memo! I mean, it's only one order greater, but it's so BIG :(:p

That's what she said.

For some reason, I thought I saw that coming...But really, just quoting a 'big one' joke doesn't cut it on forums. There has to be more to the joke than that.

What is the minimum # of algs you need to learn for SQ1?
0 for Cube
0 for CO
1 for EO
1 for CP
1 for EP
For a total of 3

fix'd

How many do you know? Like 20? With 3 algs Can I sub 40 with practice?

I know about 40 EPs, and full CO(duh), EO, CP, so adds up to around 50. Cubeshape, although somewhat algorithmic, is still intuitive.

As to that, um that's gonna be hard, I just tried it once and got 45, and you'd have to be extremely good at adj parity, like sub-4...At least learn adj-adj, it's so useful.

Damn, SQ1 takes a lot of work.

Well then don't try it. If you really want to get good at a puzzle, you have to put a lot of effort into it. This is true for 3x3, BLD, 2x2, Big cubes, Square one, pretty much every puzzle you can think of that isn't a magic. That you just need practice for, not algs.

I know I just wanna learn to solve it. I can solve almost every cube I own, although the main events I focus on and want to get better at are 2x2 and 3x3.

Well then you should learn the 3 alg method, then worry about sub 40 after you've decided if you are gonna really practice Sq-1
