Edge permutations: 12!
Corner permutations: 8!
Edge orientations: 2^11
Corner orientations: 3^7
Parity: 2
Total: (12!*8!*(2^11)*(3^7))/2 = 43 quintillion.

My teacher was so surprised seeing me and my friends solving a 3x3 during school around 17.xx and 19.xx. Then, after I told her that there are more of us she wanted to organize a comp next year. So, I want to ask what do we exactly need for a comp? I don't know the rules, equipment or any other preparations so much. So, I would appreciate if anyone can explain it all for me. :)

I have only been to one comp, but you will need to find a delegate. The delegate may or may not have timers. Make sure there is room for tables and other seating. Have you ever been to a comp? You should go to one beforehand if you can so you can see how they work and stuff.

There's actually a lot of room for everything at my school. The only thing is that I don't know where to find a delegate here in Malaysia and it's hard for me to go to any comps here since its quite seldom for a comp to be held. Even when there is, I won't be able to go anyway.

I'm almost certain that there is a Malaysian delegate. Let me go find his name and I'll edit this post

EDIT he's the delegate listed here: https://www.worldcubeassociation.org/results/c.php?i=TaylorsSpeedCubingChallenge2014
