No, I don't think it would be that fast, you would have to have near perfect lookahead and no pauses/AUFs during LL. I'm talking about the average person that uses lookahead.

That averages 5.27 TPS, which is usually around what I get... but I average 14, and my F2L is around 35 moves too. Are you sure 20 moves is accurate for LL? I know I used 2-look OLL half the time (I know ~30 OLLs), but I can't imagine it would make that much of a difference. 20 moves looks like too few.
I think I should probably clarify something, I meant 4-5 TPS per f2l case, and 7-8 TPS per alg. So not 4.5 TPS for F2L as a whole, and not 7.5 TPS for LL as a whole.

no need to practice cfop, just roux. deedub's tutorial is pretty good if you're just looking for the basics. after that, just look at people's example sovles.
You've been cubing for less than two months. The fact that you aren't sub-20 yet doesn't mean you need to switch methods, it just means you need more time. Go ahead and switch methods if you want to, but do it only because you want to, not for the sake of getting sub-20 faster.
Again, I will say switch to another hobby. Cubing isn't for you. If all you want is immediate gratification then other hobbies will be much more rewarding. If you want to work for years on this one and get fast, then stick with it. You can't keep asking for advice on how to get faster. Switching to Roux isn't going to make you faster. Switching away from color neutral isn't going to make you faster. Practicing is going to make you faster, but it takes time.
