if you are saying about 4.5 tps for f2l which usually takes around 35 moves and 7.5 for LL which takes 20:
35/4.5+20/7.5=7.77+2.66=10.44
That averages 5.27 TPS, which is usually around what I get... but I average 14, and my F2L is around 35 moves too. Are you sure 20 moves is accurate for LL? I know I used 2-look OLL half the time (I know ~30 OLLs), but I can't imagine it would make that much of a difference. 20 moves looks like too few.

You shouldn't be pausing during F2L pairs...

Yes, but a very small pause is inevitable most of the time, and that reduces TPS by a decent amount.

If someone hypothetically (i think kirjava does) used and knew full ollcp and used it for cfop (cross, f2l, ollcp, epll) what is it called? cfoe? ;p

Hmm, interesting. I would be inclined to say it would still be called CFOP, because you're still orienting the LL then subsequently permuting it.

I can't break sub 20 with CFOP. Should I switch methods?

What the...

You've been cubing for less than two months. The fact that you aren't sub-20 yet doesn't mean you need to switch methods, it just means you need more time. Go ahead and switch methods if you want to, but do it only because you want to, not for the sake of getting sub-20 faster.

Again, I will say switch to another hobby. Cubing isn't for you. If all you want is immediate gratification then other hobbies will be much more rewarding. If you want to work for years on this one and get fast, then stick with it. You can't keep asking for advice on how to get faster. Switching to Roux isn't going to make you faster. Switching away from color neutral isn't going to make you faster. Practicing is going to make you faster, but it takes time.
