Please this isc an honest question.
Does the Dayan+mf8 4x4 v3 have the "dayan screws and springs" that people often use in shengshou cubes in it? If not, could i put the screws and springs from my guhong v2 in it?

idk about the 4x4, but yes, you can use the springs from the GuHong v2. But it would make your GH suck. My recommendation is to buy a spring/screw set (only a dollar at iCubeMart)

[h=5]What is your opinion on the QJ Timer v3, and where did you buy it from?[/h]

Bad craftsmanship; uses too much battery. However, some people have had good experiences with them, so I guess it's just luck of the draw whether or not you get one that is reliable. imo, just get a speedstacks.
I got my QJv3 from 51morefun

What are the benefits of CN other than cross improvement? ( Yes, that includes x-cross)

The only benefit in color nuetrality for Fridrich users basically is the cross. You can pick a side with a better start to a cross and that is it. Some people naturally don't care about what color they start with, so they thinkg "why not just use the side with the easiest cross." Others like to start with a specified color despite possibly not getting to use something already made on another side because it makes the rest of the solve easier to recognize afterwards. I think it is basically just preference and you should do whatever you naturally do.

There was a cuber who did BLD in Guiness, somewhere around 2000-2002, it might be Stefan, but I'm not really sure. They gave him 2 mins for memo, but I don't really remember if he broke the GWR though. Who was he?

I'll check in my 2002 book.

edit: It says Ralf Laue (Germany) did a BLD in 5:42
