I followed cyoubx's way of adjusting the tensions, but after like half a year I decided it was time to clean the core and screws.
When i finished, i was too lazy to properly retension it and i followed the "penny's width" rule. There's no difference unless you look for it. You really shouldn't care about getting it perfect.

I just get one side a little bit slow (just a little bit), then get the other sides to the same tension, then fine-tune by speed
I don't really tension for cutting (my guhong currently can't really cut 45, or even 40 on most sides quickly)
I tension for speed

What's the best weight of Lubicle?
I tried Lubix already, and it didn't last too long (2 months).
I plan on getting the 25cc. I heard that weight 3 is good.

This a pretty noobish question, so forgive me if you get trolled by the stupidity of this question. Does anyone know if cubing too much may cause cuber's wrist? My mom is worried about that, despite me only cubing 2 hours a day. Also, does stretching your fingers and wrists prevent this?

You mean like RSI?
I doubt so unless you're using very bad cube

Cubing too much causes cuber's wrist. I don't think stretching your fingers and wrists prevents it. But if you cube only for 2 hours a day, its not a big thing to worry about.

It shouldn't cause any problems, but if you're cubing and your wrists start to hurt, take a break for a while (30min, 1 hour, the rest of the day) until your wrists don't hurt. I've never had any problems, even when I was doing me 10k pyraminx marathon with 300+ solves a day.

Yes it can. Probably the younger you are, the lower the risk. There's no harm in warming up but I doubt it would help much. In my experience, position is tbe biggest factor - I get it worse if leaning to the left or lying on my back, but cubing sat upright it's fine. If you notice any discomfort in your thumbs or wrists, take a break (days not hours). You really don't want full-on RSI.

i dont have time to do the calculation atm, but its approx
40 CLL x 12 EPLL - some for symmetrical H CLL cases, + 21 for PLL

based on my calcs, that makes ZBLL cases ~ 501 - those sym H cases
so 396 is way off

edit: i do have time actually. H COLL cases that have 2 bars on the top each have 4 symmetrical cases, 4 rotations of U perm.
therefore 501 - 4 - 4 = 493
