How do you guys avoid fatigue during OH just after ~15-20 solves my fingers feel exhausted. Any tips ?

Could also try a smaller cube. Say, 50mm Zhanchi. I found it very easy to get tired with a normal sized cube at first. It's easier with a smaller cube... less stretch. But after practicing a lot with a smaller cube, the normal size is not so bad anymore.

Or if you want something easy to remember you could do the Chamelion (OLL 24) twice, with a U2 in between.

Edit: it's actually OLL 24, U2, OLL 25

The more you do OH, the longer it takes for your fingers to get tired. It's just a case of building up your endurance.
Ah I see thanks.I've been OHing for almost 2 weeks straight maybe it'll take more time for me to build that endurance.

I'm using a 55mm cube and I'm used to 55mm since I started cubing around 2011 lol (been speedcubing around June last year).

Im interested in Roux, however when making the left 1x2x3 block, I still use the F2L style of doing it, edge first then insert two pairs, which is I think is inefficient for the method (?). How do you guys do block building or any exercises tips, etc? Thanks :)

If you want to improve block building, say to yourself that you don't know CFOP.
Ignore CFOP f2l pair ideas. Don't try doing it fast. Find better efficient ways to make blocks.
Turn slowly and think of doing it efficiently.

Very noob question, just how do you blockbuild? 1x1x2 then extending it to a 1x2x3?

It really depends on the situation. You make use of what you see, 1 move blocks and stuff. That's blockbuilding, there are no rigid styles on doing it. Just like the cross in CFOP, spend a lot of time to look for solutions and tips and tricks.

Creating PLL/OLL solve sceanrio algs

Im learning 2-look at the minute and almost everytime Im solving I get sune or bowtie etc. Is there any algs I can perfom on a solved cube that gives me say chamelon or blinker etc. Instead of having to scramble and solve over and over just waiting to get them naturally. Im looking through the stickies and youtube and not finding very much.

Do the alg a few times is better for memorizing it. It will set itself up. Either that or apply the inverse of the alg. Ex. r U R' U' r' F R F' -> F R' F' r U R U' r'

If you do the Bowtie (F' r U R' U' r' F R) you set up the Chameleon.

You can also do the algorithms backwards. If you use r U R' U' r' F R F' to solve the Chameleon, do F R' F' r U R U' r' to set the case up.

You can invert the algs as others have suggested if you want to see the matching case in front of you or check your recognition, but you don't need that to practice executing the algs.

I practice in groups of 3-4 algs that when executed in order, will return to a solved state, but in between algs the OLL case will look different. I can tell if I've screwed up because either (i) the overall sequence won't finished solved or (ii) the F2L appears messed up at the transition between algs. I use the same sequences for timing and checking my progress, as it's easier than timing individual algs.

The two sequences I use for practising OCLL cases are:-
(a) H, Bowtie, Anti-sune;
(b) Headlights, Pi, Chameleon, U2, Sune.
