it depends on if you want the subject "zhanchi" to be plural or singular. Since Michael is talking about all mini Zhanchis, it would be plural, which would mean that the final sentence would be

"Do all mini Zhanchis come with a card like the 57mm ones?"

or something like that.

And on topic: All my zhanchis never came with a card, not even the 57 mm ones. I guess it depends on where you buy yours from.

Yes yes yes... but actually, I was just pointing out that his basic question could also be asked that way and still pretty much mean the same thing. ("Does every...", "Do they all...") But it doesn't really matter as long as we know what he means, spelling and/or grammar mistakes aside.

Depends on what cubes you ordered the more popular ones my be very low in sock there but nonetheless you should have them soon.

Yeah I ordered a Shengshou Pyraminx, LingAo magic, and a few cheap keychain cubes, so I could see how they could have a low stock for the magic and Pyraminx, thanks though! guess I just gotta stay patient :/

And I'm sure Simon and Balint Bodor prefer their old mefferts to the dayan, seeing as the old mefferts is supposed to be better than the new one. But I can't really speak for then, I'm just saying.

I would say that you OLL PLL is about the right proportion of your solve, so you should probably work on F2L and OLL PLL equally.

The best help for getting faster at F2L is not new tricks or algorithms but practice and look ahead. Know each of the cases well enough that you can practice doing them blindfolded (or just look away from the cube or close your eyes). Then when you're comfortable pairing and inserting without looking, practice looking for other pieces on the cube while you do that so you're never looking at the pair that you're working on but always on the next one.

Just don't go crazy with it, you really don't need to know all those algs. But it's good for picking out the odd one or two.
