What should be first cases I should learn in OLL after learning the 2 look OLL? I am thinking on learning all the dot cases first since it takes themost amount of time making the cross

If you know partial edge control you don't really need to learn the dot cases. I started with the OLLs that were closely related to the PLLs and other OLLs (like wide sune) first and some line shapes that seemed to pop up most frequently.

I started this way as well. but it doesn't really matter in the long run if you plan on learning them all. Otherwise I might recommend the knight, small light bolt and awkward cases, they seem to appear most often in my solves (I particularly notice the knight and awkward as they are the last 8 cases I have yet to learn.)

edit: as for the people saying to use partial edge control, i am not really sure it is worth it, I often like no edge cases more than some of the 2 edge cases, edge control doesn't really seem worth it if you know full OLL imo.

i'm averagin about 40-58 seconds
using 4LLL
is it appropriate time to get Zhanchi or dayan cube ?
{i'm planning to get one anyway but still....+my cube is poping and falling apart about2-3 times per 10 tries :( -_-}

This has been argued quite a bit, I believe the concensus was that the sooner you get a good cube the better. So no need to wait.

It's ok to switch whenever and in your case, you need a new cube anyway because your cube keeps popping. I was averaging ~40 sec when I got my first DIY and I immediately improved by 10 sec (my rubik's brand was holding me back that much). Go on youtube and watch a couple reviews on different dayan cubes to see which one you would like to buy and get an idea of how good the cube is before you get it.

might as well switch, might pick up bad habits from a rubiks cube brand that might be hard to break when you switch. and the sooner you switch, the sooner you can get used to how to cube moves

The Shengshou 4x4 is about twice as fast for me. My times with the Rubik's brand 4X4 were 4 minutes and sometimes less, but with the first try I got a 2:20 single on the Shengshou 4x4! It is an amazing cube.
