Can any of you still access cubehaiyan.com? I would like to purchase some cubes from there but it says the website is forbidden from my country (??).

I just got a Pyraminx and I'm wondering what method I should solve it with. I know nothing about pyraminx, so what are the most commonly used methods? I would like to get sub 5.

From what I can tell, the ones with the darker shade does have registrations open through the WCA website, while the lighter shade ones doesn't.

I'm averaging around 35 seconds at the moment. I'm averaging around 22 seconds for Cross + F2L, and around 10 for LL (I realise the averages don't add up, but yeah).

I have 4 more algorithms left before I know full PLL. Should I take a break and leave those (the 4 G perms) for a bit to focus on my F2L, or should I learn them and do that afterwards?

I know its a stupid question to ask. But I m confused about what should i set an aim.
Should i learn WV and 2-3 OLLS for each case and try to sub35 pll time attack(my pb is 41 as of now) and make my 3x3 great(like sub12, i m sub15 currently)
Or should i learn CLL and try to make my 2x2 sub5( I average sub7 right now with LBL, i hate ortega though)
Or should I Learn some advanced 4x4 and aim to get it sub1

I mean i know these are independent things, but i cant just decide, would be great if someone can suggest. 3x3 has been my main event till now. What do you guys think is the easiest goal to achieve?

It says to line up the tiles in one straight line (8x1 configuration), and then: "Once all the tiles are together, fold the magic into a ring, and carefully join the ends. You might have to do something creative to provide a workable area for the last few leverings."

I am a little confused by this. Is this saying that there will be extra string off the edge of the eight tile and that I have to connect that to the first tile?

EDIT: oh, and what does "flip the magic vertically" mean. I am unsure of which direction that is in.

F2L is intuitive and very very very important. Start with f2l, then move to two look LL, then 1look pll and then 1 look oll.

Have you tried the cpm on the guhong v2. Could you please
list the results you got like if it got smoother, faster, louder, etc.

I lubed my dayan zhanchi with silicon spray and it worked better for a while but after carrying it around in my swim bag, it doesnt work as well any more
should i relube it or wash it out?
