So my Lunhui center caps keep falling out anybody have a fix?

Try something like blutack or maybe a tiny bit of PVA glue (less drastic than superglue).

what is the current most popular BLD method? should i just refer to badmephistos video?

Old Pochmann is a great place to start as it shares the same foundations as some of the more advanced methods (i.e. thinking about stickers not pieces), beware Badmephisto's memo section is terrible, watch Eric Limeback's tutorials for some better memo methods. Once you're happy with Old Pochmann, you could switch to using M2 for the edges (lots of fast BLD people use this combination). From there if you want to get seriously hardcore you could do BH or 3style.

is it better to U2 with double trigger or 1 finger? currently using 1 and if I double trigger sometimes end up in an awkward position and need to regrip

Just whichever is faster for you. You could do it on a case by case basis, where if you know your hand will end up in a bad position you don't do double flicks. Some people (Breandan and Rowan I think) are big advocates of also doing left handed double flick U2, but there is no standardised finger tricks rules.

I average around 23 (Roux) and im starting to practice with a metronome. I would like to know, which bpm should I be using for blocks.
Roux isn't my main method so I never tried with it (only CFOP in the past when I was about your speed) but it depends on how fast you do the blocks.

Pick a low bpm and do some solves with it. If you don't fail any, keep increasing it (and doing more solves) until you reach the last bpm you can follow. Use that bpm to practice and gradually increase it when you feel comfortable enough with the new speed.

I've been practicing pretty much 4x4x4 only recently, my main goal to be sub-1:15. I average about 1:25. I solve centers in ~20, edges in ~35, and 3x3x3 in ~30. Which of these 3 numbers would be the fastest to improve? I feel like my centers are slow, would it make a large difference to become color neutral? (I solve blue first, for crosses and centers).

edit: I solve 3x3x3 in about 23 seconds on a normal cube. fridrich with 3-look LL

Tips on OH solving? I just started. (e.g. my cross takes like 10-20secs to do)

Also I forgot, with 2 look PLL do I get more of a chance at getting a Z or a H perm, cause I remember getting heaps when I used 2 look with 2 hands, but now with 1 hand I've only gotten 1? cause I know that it's 1/72 of getting either a H or a Z in a full PLL solve.

What hand OH?
Most of your moves should be made with pinky or index finger. Practice them so you can execute moves both clockwise and counterclockwise.

Your chances of getting H or Z perm after solving corners are ofcourse higer..

Lets work it out, after corners are solved you can have 4 Ua's, 4 Ub's, 2 Z's and 1 H, plus solved, so that's 12 possibilities, so the odds are:
compared to full pll in brackets

Ua - 1:3 (1:18)
Ub - 1:3 (1:18)
Z - 1:6 (1:36)
H - 1:12 (1:72)
Solved - 1:12 (1:72)

To get better at would handed i would just recommend to keep practicing doing your trigger with pinky and index finger until you feel ocmfortable using them then it should come easier

i highly recomend you take a look at "TheWestonians" video on youtube titled how i turn OH also for z perm and h perm if you wanna get quite fast i recomend you learn R U( or L U ) algs and for any other case you find awkward to preform like v perm e perm and f perm

2gen is only edge pll, and corner oll.

There's no 2gen V, F or E perm. (only U, H, Z)

Hm. 180 perhaps? Well for blocks I recommend planning the whole first block in inspection and force yourself to plan the second block. You'll find the hard bit is in having the confidence not to check your first block is right!

Yeah ive been doing that and then when I look at it, I see that my back edges are done backwards or i screw something up/
