You have to pick one, just try some of them and pick the one you like most, the first one is usually the 'standard' one.

Try some from the list and learn the one that is best suited for you. Or, if all the algs suck, generate your own or use a super fast half-assed alg.

For example, Na-perm: (R U R' U) (R U R' F') (R U R' U') (R' F R2 U') (R' U2 R U' R'). Sure, it's 21 moves, but I've gotten 1.43 seconds on it.

I use either my right ring or right index so my left hand is free for the second block 2genish move spam thingy.
I only use it to insert pairs for the first block. Usually the last one.
