Is there such a thing as too much practice?

RSI, carpal tunnel, cubist's thumb, etc
Not cubing related, but a StarCraft II player Liquid`TLO did a 24h charity marathon, and now he can't play for a long while due to his wrists hurting whenever he does.

All activities done for a long time with your hands will hurt (especially writing --> stup*d exams D:

Whats the best way to keep DIY caps in place?
with a nail.

Kidding...

Glue. I use "UHU" (probably available only in Asia) - much weaker than super glue but stronger than normal glue. A spot or two suffice. I can pry it easily with a knife if I need to adjust the tension.

OK, I give up. How the hell do you disassemble a DaYan LunHui without unscrewing the whole thing?
Seriously, if I try and harder to pop an edge piece out, I'm going to end up snapping the darn thing.

Need an algorithm for this case:
alg.garron animation: Uw2 Rw2 U2 r2 U2 Rw2 Uw2 x r2 U M2 U' r2 U M2 U' x'
IMAG0079.jpg

like pll parity on 4x4
only using this thread because i couldn't find the request an alg thread..
atm i do it 2 look, swapping the edges then reseting the centres: WCA notation
Uw2 Rw2 U2 r2 U2 Rw2 Uw2
then, x r2 U M2 U' r2 U M2 U', m being just middle layer
