Just now decided to use KP KooPa. So thanks :)

I'm planning on doing A LOT of multi, but this will be for 4x4x4/5x5x5 BLD too if I can understand commutators for big cubes.

So should I make GG/QQ etc?

Well if you're serious about going for that multi record then yea go for it. There's no reason not to if you're going to do a lot of BLD.

What would be the best solution to this scramble?

R B2 D' L F' R2 F D' F R2 F' L2 U2 R2 L2 F2 D U' L2 D R F2 D F L2

I can see 2 F2L pairs and an x cross. How the hell do i use it?

Here's what I did:

Cross (White F, Red U): U2 x' R U R U' L' U2 B2 L

F2L 1: d U R U' R'
F2L 2: L' U L U' L' U2 L U' L' U L
F2L 3: d2 U R U' R U' y L' U L

OLL: U + FRU(RUF)' + Anti Sune (R' U' R U' R U2 R)
PLL: U2 + T PERM

I've tried solving the same scramble quite a few times, but i pretty much NEVER come to the same solution twice :|

I have no clue how my friend managed to get a 9.xx on this...

Im still on my way to become full PLL with only Ns, V and F left to learn, an the way I solved these last two cases was just ineffective (setup + Tperm + undo):

V perm: R' U' R U' R' U' F' R U R' U' R' F R2 U' R' U' R U R' U R U R' U R
F perm: R' U' F' R U R' U' R' F R2 U' R' U' R U R' U R

The alg for the F perm flows really nice, but a t with that many set up moves for the V its really uncomfortable, and since my tps are not that high this alg comes really long and slow for me.

Any suggested algs for this cases? N perm suggestions?

Does anyone know of any tutorials for 3-cycles center commutators and 3-cycles edge commutators for 4x4 BLD?

He doesn't teach edge comms, but for centers (and everything else) Brian Yu has an awesome 4BLD tutorial on youtube. Starts here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Sm0kUxPAas. There's an intro, then parts 1-3 are on center comms, part 4 teaches r2 for edges, part 5 does Old Pochmann corners then part 6 just clarifies some stuff.

Does the MF8 + Dayan 4x4x4 usually rattle?
I got one today, disassembled it straight away, sanded the imperfections down on the inner core and rebuilt while lubing it.
It turns great right from the off but it has a slight rattle. Is this normal?
