Do those bright sticker sets really make a difference in certain lightings (orange dim light, really small light.. etc)?

The bright stickers are pretty much the best thing ever... they make the non bright stickers look poop colored (get the half bright set though)

Does anyone know how to convert .sbz (Showbiz) into a format that would be recognized by youtube? It's a program that came with a gigaware converter. There was a disc to download the media converter, but it requires some type of license key. All of the converters that I find on the internet, won't recognize this file type, so I can't convert.
