What is the alg for the Square-1 EO case where the top is adjacent, and the bottom is opposite? Lars Vandenbergh's site has it, but it's kinda weird and did nothing except scrambled it. Other places only have other cases of EO, and not the one I want. Help please?

(1,0) / (0,-1) / (0,-3) / (5,0) / (-5,0) / (0,3) / (0,1) / (5,0)

Erm, sorry, but that alg didn't work. The case is in this page: http://www.cubezone.be/square1step3.html, the second last one, bottom row. And is there a way to just affect the pieces needed to be swap and not other pieces?

@Mephisto: I'm not much of a pyraminxer, but I think the Frosted one should be pretty good. And I have no idea what "frosted" means.

Yeah it's right, did you check where you put the un-oriented pieces? It's not the same as the one on CubeZone, you'd have to do a U'

I didn't really understand your question, are you talking about swaping pieces within the layer or not?

Thanks, any other opinions? :D
I believe that the first link you posted is a QJ tiled pyraminx and the second link was a QJ stickered pyraminx. I'm not sure exactly what the last one is because I don't have one. I would recommend the QJ stickered pyraminx. It just takes some breaking in but it's nice.

Not exactly, I wanted to orient the edges. The case which the top layer is an adjacent, and the bottom is opposite. I mentioned EO. And, I'm experimenting with Roux, and the alg destroyed my two bars. I was wondering if you knew an alternate case that will preserve it.

I tried doing the alg backwards, very slowly, and it worked. My bad. But it did not preserve the two blocks on the sides. Do you know another case that do preserve them?

Ohh, thats because in the lars method you do eo before ep its like you do oll befor pll, it doesn't matter where there moved to as long as they are oriened right. I would do M2 the the sinlge swap, I think it should preserve it.

I have the first one and I like it, a lot better after some shock oil though, and I think its called frosted becuase there kind of like textured stickers. (I used to have one)

Your vid taught me that awesome method! So, does that mean I'm stuck with M2 and single swap for EO?

you typed in the wrong place, and no.

I did some work/thinking and discovered if you do CP before EO (or after depedning on the situation) you manipulae the edges so you would always end up with M2 or a single swap (Or solved). The only down side is that you would need to learn/find a Y perm.

I can make a video later if you want my to or if you dont get it.

Does square-1 Y perm even exist? And if not how could you generate one?

Fixed. Thanks for catching it. Could you really make a vid? I'd really appreciate it if you do. If you do not have the time then don't bother. Could you do /(3,3)/(3,0)/(3,3)/(3,0)/(3,3)/ and finish it as a 3-cycle?

And a special thanks to Neo too, for the alg and attempt for hearing me out.

So do not want seperate steps huh? I found one, not sure it works though: (1,0) / (3,0) / (3,3) / (3,0) / (5,0) / (0,3) / (3,3) / (0,3) / (3,0)
From Jason Baum's site.

Slightly Off-Topic: Is a Green-up Yellow-front colour scheme comp legal?
