For BLD, what is visual memo? Is it just looking at a piece and remembering it's there? I see it referenced a lot.

The way I memo is by tapping the piece and them tapping the next one, and then just trying to repeat it blindfolded (like I'm playing Simon or something). Is there a name for that? Is that just completely stupid?

I couldn't see anyone who'd answered this or not yet so I will...

As far as I know visual memo is a bracket for a few different types of memo that essentially memorise the pieces and do not assign something else to a piece (eg Letter, Word, Number etc.). Using this definition, piece tapping IS visual memo and I also use similar to this type of memo myself and believe many other solvers use it.

It's really nice. There's not too much in the bottle though... just maybe 1 teaspoon worth. It's REALLY nice though. It is kinda like a vaselinish feel, smooth and all that,but doesn't get gooey (if you know what I mean) and it doesn't ruin the plastic. The lube comes out in drops, so you won't waste it. Trouble is shipping. The price actually includes shipping; the stuff is really worth like 1$ maximum. I personally got a megaminx and lube came with it. You can do the same for some DIY kit I think...

It works really well on cubes, especially eastshean. But don't overlube, or else...

I think I asked this before, but is there any way to M-Slice on Computer cubes? Any way? I don't really like to do Rw'R, because that makes my solves significantly more moves. I really want to get into computer cubes but after Roux I really have no desire to do CFOP again. :<
