i want to get under 20...
can someone give me an idea of how many seconds each part of my solve should take?
Cross? x seconds
Intuitive F2L? x seconds
2 Look OLL? x seconds
2 Look PLL? x seconds

It depends on what area you want to improve in. My splits are like this:

Cross-2-3
F2L-6-9
OLL-2-5
PLL-3-4

but yours don't have to mirror mine. Just practice whatever you're worst at.

12.70 for me :(.

I myself have too high of a post count, but I can genuinely say that that is horrifying.

I have 2 questions:

1. Has anyone ever attempted to learn all 1LLL algs?

2. If said person did so, not for the sake of speed, would the mere achievement of having done so make him cool?

The second question is purely hypothetical

1. I've seen dozens of noobs learn like 10 algs from it, with the intention of learning all if that counts.

2. If by cool you mean, impressive? Sure. Eh, yeah, cool. lol

Haha, I thought so.
Hmmm, I just didn't want to assume that there's no equivalent to Haiyan Zhuang out there, who independently learned hundreds of algs and only gained attention after taking a monopoly in his event. I dunno, he *might* exist, but I doubt it.

Also, like, if said person accomplished such a feat, would he be part of the "cool guys" like Arnaud and such.

Good U Perm: R2 d' M' d2 M' d' R2?

Hold left hand like normal, right hand with index on FRD, middle on FR, thumb on BDR. Rotate your wrist, push with your right middle finger, flick your left ring, push with your right middle finger twice, flick your left ring, pus with your right middle finger and then rotate your wrist back again.

Nice. Is there a question anywhere in there?

Oh yea, I was wondering if it was a good Ua Perm.

Oh! Yeah it's pretty nice, but I'm still in love with F2 U M' U2 M U F2.

I still like M2 U M U2 M' U M2. That's not bad though.

Yea, I'll experiment with if for FMC, and stuff like that, but I'm sticking with the <MU> gen EPLL's. Much faster in my opinion.

New questions, for 4x4, if you get to the last layer with all edges oriented, would it be easier to do COLL and then EPLLP (Edge Permutation of the Last Layer including Parity) than OCLL, PLL, and then PLL Parity? Wouldn't you only need 4 additional algs for EPLLP? clockwise 4 cycle, counter clockwise 4 cycle, addjacent switched and opposite switched?
