What brand of cube is this? It looks like a tiled Eastsheen.
Pros: -It's a 4x4x4 cube!
-It only cost $6 to get this!
-It doesn't use stickers that always will wear off. It uses plastic tiles.
-Color scheme is correct, but this uses the same mechanism as an Eastsheen 4x4x4, and the color is orange instead of the magenta that Eastsheen uses.

Cons: -Doesn't turn like an Eastsheen. It's very stiff. I don't know what happens when you lubricate it.
-Can't speedsolve with this cube. Treat this like a Chinese 3x3x3 cube that you get from the Dollar Store.

Other Thoughts: lol, the inner pieces that this uses are the same size as the Eastsheen inner pieces. So, I lost one of mine and lost one big inner piece. So, I took it from this cube and fixed my eastsheen 4x4 cube!

Bottomline: If you need a replacement inner piece, (sizes for the edge, corner, and center pieces are too big) then buy this for replacement parts! If you don't have an eastsheen cube, and don't want to pay $20 for it, then buy this cube. Just be patient with it and turn it gently.
This is the product info/customer feedback.

It is possible to get sub 30 averages with 2 Step OLL (most people call it 2 Look OLL). In fact it is possible to get sub 15 averages with it (you have to be really good though). I know about ~22 OLL algorithms and I average ~16 seconds and that's sort of 2 Look OLL.

But for 2 Look OLL and full PLL, improving isn't that hard. You just have to practice the algorithms a lot and be able to recognize the case faster. Getting good at those won't guarantee you sub 30 second averages. You have to be good at the cross and F2L also, which in my opinion are harder to get good at (for your level).
