Bunch of Questions
Is there anybody who uses the ZB method? I'm tempted to learn all the algs haha.
Is there anybody who is color neutral with Yau?
Does anybody on this forum play chess? I want to challenge him/her

Not fully at least.. People know some useful cases here and there. And some people nearly know all the ZBLLs
Feliks I think.
Not me at least.

Cause he uses Yau .....

Just because someone uses yau doesn't mean that they're dual CN.

My question
If M move is considered 3 moves
then an U move should also be....because
U =Dw' or S'+D'
S is 2 moves
and 2 moves + 1 move(D')= 3 moves
U=3 moves
.........
So why is U counted as one move..

U D R2 L2 U' D' B' U D R2 L2 U' D' is F! Should F be 13 moves? No. U is 1 move because they say it is. That's how a notation works.

M is considered one move by pretty much everyone except FMCers.
U is not the same as S'+D'.
S is, again, only one move unless you use HTM (like in FMC).
Why wouldn't U be counted as one move? It's one move in every metric as far as I know...
Feliks isn't CN on 4x4, he's dual CN.
No, he's colour neutral.

No, he's colour neutral.
On 4x4? I am pretty sure he's dual CN on 4x4 because I have only seen him solve white or yellow.

Probably, doubt any one uses it for speedsolving, though
Yes, Robert Yau being one of them

too lazy to quote for questions, so I'll just throw all the answers here

because RLS is repetitive leg syndrome, lol, and somewhere along the way rowe found out that the whole (or most) of RLS algs are already found by mats, so they collaborate to create OLS, WV-style cases is named after mats as VLS, and SV-style cases is named after rowe, HLS

M is not 3 moves, at least not in HTM
and U = y' Dw, which is equal to E D, not S' D'
and if you write E D in an fmc paper instead of U, you will really get 3 moves
HTM consider centers as fixed, so M is L R' x' in regards to he fixed centers, rotation is 0 because it does not do anything to the cube state

I believe I read somewhere that a cuber memorized all the ZBLLs, too bad that person is not a speedcuber, but many people memorize easy random cases, and a few people were, or are still trying to memorize the whole set, and they have reached quite a significant number

Feliks is pretty much dual CN at 4x4 yau speedsolves
Robert Yau himself is CN at 4x4 yau though

a friend of mine played chess, too bad he is not active in the forum though

half of these can be easily searched through the forum, youtube and speedsolving, I have no idea why you guys aren't doing that instead

Yeah sorry, I was wrong. I thought he was CN for everything, but he's dual CN for 4x4 (and probably all bigcubes then)
I think he's attempting to do one of the 'prove 1=0' kind of things with HTM notation.
Yeah... but however hard it is to notice, there's always something wrong with them :p

This morning ....i asked a friend of mine to do any 1 move....then he does a M' ..i told his that M' is 2 moves
He the argued that M' is 2 moves then U is 3 moves ..........and the next thing when i get home ...post it on the forums
and thnx for clwaring that doubt

I think he's attempting to do one of the 'prove 1=0' kind of things with HTM notation.
Consider two non-zero numbers x and y such that

x = y.
Then x2 = xy.
Subtract the same thing from both sides:
x2 - y2 = xy - y2.
Dividing by (x-y), obtain
x + y = y.
Since x = y, we see that
2 y = y.
Thus 2 = 1, since we started with y nonzero.
Subtracting 1 from both sides,
1 = 0.

That was jus 4 fun please dont debate on that
