Hi!
I got simply question.
I have algorythm:

y'U'(R'U)R

I know what R and U means with ' but i don't know what is this "y" and brackets.

Just hang around the chat room and keep annoying the people there until izo himself comes on or someone that can do something about your package comes on and talks to you. If nothing else works, that will work. It might take a while to get him online but it will work.

The thing is it's always offline, I live in Europe so I dont think it's likely I'll ever be online when they are.

x, y, and z are full cube rotations. You turn the entire cube instead of just a face. Turn the cube the same direction as R, U, and F for x, y, and z respectively.

I have a ss 4x4 from icubemart that i picked up at worlds, and I saw (after feeling a difference and unscrewing the screws from the core) that on one screw (idk how to explain this) , the threads on this screw, they start before the other 5 ( i basically mean that the threads are uneven) and this particular side, i feel that it is looser, and im sure all the tensions on each side are equal. Does this screw really affect the cube, or is it just my imagination? Sorry i really dont have a good way to explain this.

I'm just going to copy paste a part of a random scramble
R-- D++ R-- D++ R-- D-- R++ D-- R++ D++ U
R-- means you hold a 1x3 bar of the cube and turn the entire megaminx except for the left side of the cube counter clockwise by 2 turns. Same thing but clockwise for R++
D++ means you hold the 1x3 bar and turn the entire megaminx except for the U face of the cube clockwise by 2 turns. Same thing but counter clockwise for D--
When there is a U or U', just do a regular U or U' move.

What is the best of these three in your opinion?
1. Zhanchi.. Normal.. No hardware changes
2. Fangcun, normal, no hardware changes.
3. Fangcun w/ dayan hardware

I can lube all 3 lubix style so yeah..

From what I have heard, #3. But I think plenty people use #1 of course. I don't have a Fangcun and don't plan to as it's an absolute-in-all-senses-of-the-word KO of the Zhanchi. Some people don't care about that though.

That's what I've heard too.. I love my zhanchi but I want to get a few as backups and such. I'm tempted to buy a couple fangcuns and some hardware now..

Though I don't love the idea of KO cubes, the most important thing to me is performance. It's just the way I am..
