That's correct, that's why I said "Just OLL/PLL". The chance of getting OLL parity is 1/2, as is the chance of getting PLL parity.

So it's like a Venn Diagram; a quarter just OLL, a quarter just PLL, and a quarter with both. So it's a half for both, just a quarter is overlapping.
