Not that I've seen. They come with standard stickers, unless otherwise explicitly stated. If you want tiles, you have to buy them separately: http://www.cubesmith.com/5x5x5tiles.htm
No. Here is the official rule from the WCA regulations:
3a3) Polyhedral puzzles must use a colour scheme with one unique colour per face in the solved state. Each puzzle variation must have moves, states, and solutions functionally identical to the original puzzle.

I think this should be changed so that you can use a 4x4 as a 2x2, but if you do any non 2x2 move you get a DNF. Personally I would like to use a 3x3 that only has stickers on the corners for a 2x2, but I think this is taking it to far and shouldn't be allowed because you can hold the cube in the middle and do U and D (or R and L) moves at the same time. Here's I question I have though. Would a 3x3 cube that the center pieces that don't rotate be competition legal?
I would like a good/decent OH solver to tell me if this is an ok alg for OH. You may want to use Z rotation in it. R2 D Rw' U2 Rw D' R' U2 R' U'. Also, is its inverse easier or harder to preform OH?
I am making yet another return to cubing and I was wondering, have any groundbreaking new cubes been released? I left about 10 months ago and I have heard that new cubes such as the CX3 and the Moyu cubes have been released that are able to compete with the Dayan Guhong and Zhanchi. The Panshi being released may have an impact for the title of best 3x3 on the market. My question is, what is the best 3x3 cube? The same question for 2x2s and 4x4s is asked from me as well? If anyone could list them, that would be of great help to me.
PS Any rule changes that I should know about. I do not know the new rules for plus 2 but I heard they have changed.
I recently picked up a SS 5x5, and have been going head first at it since yesterday. I don't know anything beyond the 3x3 methods that can be applied to larger cubes, so I'm a bit lost. I've been getting stuck with the same issue at the end -- two pieces swapped+flipped -- every time I get everything solved. I'm under the assumption that this is some sort of parity error, but nothing I can find anywhere has any algorithm or suggestion that will solve this case that keeps popping up. Can anyone lend a hand? Thanks!
